HOW IT WORKS: Monday through Friday the gym is completely reserved for those who have joined the Supervised Training Program; no regular members are in the gym during theses hours. Everyday there is a very specific workout routine posted in Brickhouse for you to follow, as well as a trainer or trainers to show you how to perform all of the exercises and answer any questions you may have. The workouts are designed to take 35-50 minutes, however you may take as much time as you need within the given hours. You do not need to arrive at Brickhouse by a specific time; you will start when you arrive and move at your pace. Please keep in mind, you would want to arrive by about 7:30pm in order to finish by 8pm. WHAT KIND OF TRAINING IS THIS? The workouts follow the Circuit Training principal. Essentially, this is the constant movement from one exercise to the next with limited rest in between. Brickhouse also mixes your resistance training with your cardio to help maximize the loss of body fat while building lean and toned muscle. This workouts are highly efficient and effective. WHAT ABOUT DIET AND NUTRITION? We provide FREE diet and nutrition design and advice to everyone in this program, yes FREE.
